Trying new ideas out on the Fitness and Nutrition fronts. I didn't gain too much weight after the holidays, but it is hard to tell by just the total weight. The real number is fat percentage. I am using a funky scale and it says that I am around 15% body fat. My goal it under 10 % body fat, which would be about 20 lbs.
I have been following several web sites. The first one is by a doctor named Kurt Harris. His site is..
PāNu
paleolithic nutrition - duplicating the evolutionary metabolic milieu

You will need a dictionary to read his blog, but I have learned a great deal about
paleo - nutrition from him. His 12 step list is a great place to start.
Another web site I follow is Mark
Sisson's blog site at ......

Mark's site is a great life style site, and I visit it often.
Another great site, especially for the definition of "what is fitness" is the
crossfit site....

I still like Tony Horton and all the P90X DVDs and I work out 3-5 times a week with him. Very
convenient to be able to work out at home.

And one of the funnest new pieces of equipment it the gymnastic rings that I installed in the living room. Only Maggie,
McKenna, and I use them.

I am starting to use Coconut oil. The best I have found so far is Tropical Traditions. The creamed coconut is wonderful.
